Dylan and Jonah get an opportunity to chat with Emily Kramer. Owner and Head Coach at Kaizen Athletics. She is crazy certified in the fitness realm and extremely passionate about community based functional fitness. Emily has also focused a program called Adaptive Training on providing an all-Inclusive training facility for individuals with long-term physical or traumatic impairments (visible/invisible) through movement and community.

The guys chop it up about being a homeschool kid, riding/ jumping equestrian, her partner and co-founder Lee, lifeguarding at the Virginia Beach Ocean Front, putting out ads on Craigslist, French Bulldogs, working with wounded veterans, what "Kaizen" means, Iceland, Crossfit, functional fitness, mental health in growing small business and so much more! If you needed a reason to move or sweat go check her gym out! What an awesome woman and truly a wonderful spirit.
